Flex6502 is the world’s fastest Bendable MCU. It is an 8-bit MCU that has 16,000 0.8µm gate-length indium gallium zinc oxide transistors.
Research Lab Imec, KU Leuven, and PragmatIC Semiconductor together created this & was presented at the 2022 International Solid-State Circuits Conference & was shown capable of running real-time complex assembly code.
